All are welcome to join the inspired Ananda members in a group meditation to uplift the vibration of ourselves as well as others. Beginners are encouraged and experienced meditators will have the opportunity to deepen their practice. Join us to experience the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditation.
If you are new to meditation arrive a few minutes early to receive instruction on a simple technique that will get you started.
